Dim sum at home

We love to eat dim sum, the food of a Chinese brunch. While on a quest to make some at home we succeeded in making very passably yummy steamed buns, or baozi. We used this recipe and made up a filling with lots of pork, ginger and garlic. It was fun and good and budget friendly! Also MSG-free. Also a great family activity.
