I keep finding them; colorful, bordered, never-used old timer cotton squares. I have quite a pile now and will be stringing them up for bunting soon. But I can’t decide whether to hang them diagonally, or a squares. what do you think? Here are two examples: Square-hung and diagonal hung.

I once passed up a stack of vintage hankies and never again will that happen. These are the first two from which I hope to made bunting and a myriad of other project to come. Hankies at thrift store are rarely used. How could you blow your nose on such prettiness?
